The leaf credits soon after you have paid for a flight offset (24-48 hrs). I have always booked a cancellable domestic one way flight with offset and then a month or so later cancelled the flight. Green leaf has never reversed (and why should it - the offset cost is never refunded).

Crowne Plaza Chaozhou generated a tax invoice but Sheraton Shantou did not. Legally I believe both should have generated a tax invoice.

I have this evening made 2 bookings on Qantas Hotels. Both hotels are in China. Only the second booking generated a tax invoice.

I have not found a Qantas counter at MNL either. When we flew QF20 in early March 2023 the queue was a long snaking one and check-in opened exactly 3 hours before departure.

I have done multiple subsequent purchases in person using paywave as well. Whichever way they cut it, I have qualified but no points.

I made my purchase to qualify for the 2500 points on the first day but still no points have posted. I just live chatted Amex and they just told me the t&cs and said I had to wait up to 90 days. :(

My 1 SC was credited on June 13.
