Even trying to go around APACJ is getting difficult with Qantas and If you are using multiple one world or transit points, I will not touch Qantas for at least 6 months. I will use Spore air or Malaysia Air and Japan Air.. Japan air is the best choice to go to Europe now..

I would not book any tickets with Qantas points until they sorted all logistics issues... My advise is to look other reputable airlines and with service and I just came from Japan Air via Haneda to Europe and it was excellent service and great menu on business class.

Qantas had only flight credit tab on their web site but no refund button even though cancel flight had no restrictions.. Had to use flight credit and you need to call the call centre and ask for full refund for the return flight to london which they paid almost half after 6 months. BTW ret...
