They’re a certified acceptance agent for the IRS. People have been using them to apply for an ITIN. That will allow you to apply for business cards or cards from other banks such as Chase, maybe Citi? Haven’t looked much into that as I’m still waiting for my ITIN too.

Have you not got your FICO score yet? Once you get it, you should be fine to apply via referral links. I applied for my Gold via the Resy link when I had my FICO.

Got the 90k + $200 credit too. Umming and ahhing about the plat, Resy’s offer for the plat is much better if one is able to hit the restaurant spend for 10x. If not, then this will definitely be the best for a while.

Just applied for an ITIN via Fiverr too. Lady seemed very responsive and got the application ready in quick time, had a video call with her and she said she’ll mail the application in soon. Fingers crossed it all goes alright. Haha.

Haven’t tried changing address, so no comments on that front, but I’m sure others can help. With your second card, once you’ve got a FICO you should be good to go with Amex. With other card providers you’ll likely need an ITIN.
