Negative - The VA/NZ relationship was dismantled a few years ago.
Though, subject to approval, this may change later in the year as the airlines look to reform their partnership.
Apparently because I signed up to the card through NAB, it’s mistakenly given me the wrong amount of points.
When I called, they acknowledged it was a system error and assured the remaining balance would be applied within 5-10 days.

So I signed up for this a few weeks back - I've received the bonus points, but only 90,000 - not the 120,000 as promised. (should equate to 60,000 Velocity points). Anyone have any ideas about what's gone wrong?
In 2F, PER-MEL and options ran out by the time they got to me and other passenger. CM made a point that VA management are asking crew to serve 1A around to 2F on every flight from now on for ‘consistency’

Looked at app and seat 11D opened up. Lounge sent me to transfer desk to change, chap at desk made a call, and the person he spoke to blocked the seat so I couldn’t have it.

I’m flying J on Wednesday evening from BNE-SIN. I’ve just opened the booking to see what seats are available, but it’s saying it can’t be done? Is this normal?
I’ve managed to do it. Best bet is to be flexible about your departure and arrival airports.
Secured J awards ex Brisbane and returning to Sydney in April (booked in late Jan). Adelaide also has good availability if you can make that work.
