Seats can't be changed online if the flight was booked before the 14th. In saying that though, I've made a reward booking yesterday, can see booking fine etc, but there is no where to change seat selection etc.

Be careful of row 3 overhead lockers! Because they change size right above, there is now minimal space to store items. Had to put my bag down in row 11. Lockers above Row 1 and 2 on the left are only big enough for a small handbag or jacket. Probably only 10-15cm deep.

Hi all, Just thought I would inform you that SIA is demolishing the current Melbourne SilverKris Lounge, expanding it, and also adding a First Class Lounge.

Melbourne's lounge is going between Gates 18 & 20.

Currently, it is the Air New Zealand Koru lounge. A Virgin/Etihad lounge is currently being built in the new pier.

Well it's certainly a kick in the guts. Requaled for gold on 950 SCs, no upgrade to plat, and now I don't even have my new card after the 1 month grace period.

Gate 4 is currently being upgraded to handle A330 aircraft. Should solve the problem.

Seat selection is only available 14 days out. You will always get that option if your booking is +14 days.

Re: The totally off-topic thread It's the damn galley space on the 737's which causes so many problems. Same with the E190's. There is no oven up the front, so crew have to go to the rear of the plane to collect meals. Stupid.....
