Is that only if booked at the same time? you can't add the domestic connection leg on later can you. So if you booked SFO-MEL for 95.5k points you can't add ADL to make SFO-MEL-ADL for 95.5k points still?

Yes award availability. When not logged into Qantas this award availability is available however not available on ExpertFlyer.

I also had an alert setup through Expertflyer for a friend in December on Qantas and they found and booked it this morning on Qantas with no alert coming to me for the flight from Expertflyer. Hence searching and finding this thread.

Doesn't look like it:

Qantas shows economy availability, SYD-LAX everyday from 10/1/24 to 31/1/24 however Expertflyer shows nothing, there must be some issue.
