Anyone finding that PNR entered into RJ website is not finding the booking? I need to go to the actual airline website (in my case EK) and go to Manage Booking. Tried finnair too. Could find my PNR either. Was using RJ or finnair as a safety check to confirm flights still OK. 😞

LOL. Have already been to Upper & Lower Slaughter, and Broadway. Was there 2007. Also prior to GPS proliferation, so I purchased a big A3 sized map book for driving around UK. Still have it.

Like all others, CMT upgrade is a downgrade. Deleting the app - it is effectively useless to me now. If I want to see ticketing information, I'll just jump on Jordanian or Finnair.

Interesting. I've been to the UK twice already and my Sept trip will be my third time. And without doubt one of the things that strikes me each time is how expensive eating out is - even just a take away sandwich, or a casual meal in a cafe, small local pub or where ever, what @kookaburra75 says...

Even so, it's basic customer service to let the customer know their email has been received (at least) and their issue is fixed? It once again reflects poorly on QF customer service if there's not even any response to emails. It beggars belief that QF can treat it's customers like this. Sure...
