Hi All I can redeem J class from MEL - SIN, then SIN to KIX(Osaka) seperately using points. But when I try and do it direct MEL - KIX only a waitlist option comes up. They are all the same flights. It's cheaper by about 20,000 points doing it in one go. Any ideas why this is happening...

How do you use KF points for local VA flights?

1.3k clicks on OZB as of 4:30pm. Even if say 1/2 of those go through that's 100 cases of the wine they would need to have sitting around. Going to be a lot more clicks by tomorrow ....I wouldn't be surpised if Wynns just cancels the whole lot.

I just rang BUPA and paid my yearly premium in advance to beat the price rise and got a : " You’ve just used your BUPA Amex Offer" email as as soon as the guy processed the payment. I checked and I don't have any BUPA offers saved that is current, looking back there is an offere that expired...

We just cancelled our flights booked with points. They said they will refund everything - points and tax's and no fees. He did mention this was because we are travelling with kids though, so not sure if this would apply to just adults. Hotel in SG also refunded in full a "non-refundable" booking.

i left a message on their website for them to call me and they did! Got our PE upgraded to J ....with a few hrs to spare until it expired...1st world problems edit: had to cancel, due to sco mo's self imposed 14 day quarantine.....kris flyer said they will refund everything - points and taxes...

Is anybody else still having massive wait times? I need to approve a waitlist, and I can't even get on the phone with them. I tried approving online, but there is no option, is there any other method?

is the only way to confirm a waitlist to call up? I logged in and couldn't seem to confirm it in any way.... Been on hold for 40 mins already!

How often should I ring and request a chaser to my waitlist before it starts too annoy them? :-)

Thanks for the info, just did some reading on the internet, is this the correct procedure? Book PE, then call up and ask to be waitlisted for J or F? (actually call up and not do it online?) While WL, call up KRIS and enquire every now and then to try and get lucky that they will clear the WL...

there was something else I was going to ask If i waitlist J class to SG, and it doesn't clear - do I just get my points back? What happens if I book PE to SG, then J waitlist clears. Can I cancel the PE booking? What penalties do I incur? cheers
