The morning papers are reporting that QF has secured slots at Haneda starting in August. Seems that NRT will also remain, but serviced from a "secondary city" - likely BNE or MEL. Cheers, PM

Hi all, Was wondering if anyone has any insights into how the retiming of QF9/10 has (or has not) affected loads?

I've always found everyone I've interacted with at the SST to be absolutely fantastic. I have no criticisms of the staff per se rather, in my view, the P1 product is poorly defined and inconsistent and not the "above and beyond" service described on the box.

Seems to me that once travel has commenced Qantas can (or at least should be able to) make itinerary changes. In my case, the incident was occurring in the middle of the night Australian time, so my travel agent was of no use... then again neither was the P1 team unfortunately.

I agree too. I've been P1 for two years and frankly it's incredibly underwhelming, given the amount of flying you have to do and the Qantas hype about the offering. By way of example, I was caught up in a snow storm in the US/Canada last year. The Qantas team could do nothing to assist...
