hi there can someone please check QF35 Friday 15th November for exit row seats x 2? Currently got us seated down the back on an aisle and window with fingers crossed for no middle passenger. Any chance that the Upper deck will have anything for a lowly Silver after T-80 or am I dreaming?

Can I ask if you have status? I'm flying QF35 next friday 15th on an awards Y booking and have the option to request upgrade to J for 58.8k points., I'm only Silver. Is the consensus here that the amount of points is reasonable considering a rewards J is 68.4k points ? Decisions decisions

hi all, total rookie here, is my membership year a calendar year? or is it when my annual SC's expire? I have until 30 Jan 2020 to get to the next tier, which I will achieve later this week. Does that mean I have the extra benefits until 30 Jan or a year from when I achieve it?

I called 2 nights ago at about 9pm, the IVR told me the wait was 1hr 12 mins and offered call back service, I decided to stay on the line, was 40 mins before my call was taken. Seems like a lack of staff.

Sorry for my ignorance, are these are upgrades paid with points? I have SYD - HK booked for end of year and can see the option to request upgrade with a hefty points payment (55k one way), trying to decide if it's worth it or not

The souks and Old Dubai would be fairly stress free for you to visit as its not too far from the airport. No real issues about getting ripped off from my experience.
