I had similar delays this year with their QFF variant, met spend on first statement, but didnt get the points until 5th or 6th. Was annoying as i paused spending waiting to convert from QFF to amplify points. If i was you i'd ring them up and complain.

Update: as per the customer service, the points for the October offer will be posted around January 9th. I've updated my reminder 🧐

Did everyone receive the bonus points for the October promo - apply by xx October, spend by 31st October? I've just remembered that i am yet to receive the bonus, it's been over 5 weeks.

spoke to amex last week, but was told said offer on my account expired mid-June... they still reassured that they run similar offers frequently, so missed it this time but will keep an eye out.

Glad i saw this thread again, it just reminded me of the card in the bottom drawer... 4k spend done on first statement, just checked, already have 4 statements and bonus points still not in the account. Poor form from old George! Put in a reminder for a phone call next week, will report back of...

This. Recommend subscribing to the facebook group, there are two of them, one with general info and the second is the "alert now". Wife was monitoring alerts when we stayed at Cradle last August, took off when alerts started to come in around 10pm, got a few good pics.

They really are pushing it. Afaik the T&Cs stated that bonus points would be credited within 12 weeks after spending criteria is met. I am waiting myself as noted above and it makes me mildly cranky as i am eager to swap to accrue Amplify points and delaying some purchases because of it.
