redeem points

Hi All I can redeem J class from MEL - SIN, then SIN to KIX(Osaka) seperately using points. But when I try and do it direct MEL - KIX only a waitlist option comes up. They are all the same flights. It's cheaper by about 20,000 points doing it in one go. Any ideas why this is happening...

Noticed the CX miles redemption has been removed from many Australian credit card programs. Such as HSBC Au, and CITI Au. Not sure if that's a temporary thing or permanently removed :p. Any ideas?

Hey guys, Got a rewards redemption booked through Qantas on a Qatar plane. I can't see how to select seats. On the Qatar website it says "Please select your seat at check in." Does that mean that I cannot select a seat? Thanks
