The error occurred at the payment stage, so before any policy number was issued. I took screenshots of the offer details (just prior to the point that you enter CC details) so will be able to give them a date and time it occurred.

A few scenarios, one everything has gone through correctly theres a policy correctly made but your screen didn't proceed to the next one for whatever reason. You would have a confirmation email however.

Next one, payment not captured correctly by the payment gateway. This could be a variety of reasons, from shoddy internet connections to server situations etc. Basically unless they manually capture your payment (which i don't think larger organisations generally would do), it'll automatically return back to you account. Atm you would see a "Pending" payment, which for uncaptured payments would just drop off and disappear as if it never occurred.

Final one, payment went through however some error caused it not to issue a policy. This would need them to either refund or redo thr policy and probably the scenario you would need to waste the most time dealing with support to get fixed.
 
Only 2 accounts are linked to QFF.

I'm going to try incognito for a few policies and see if that changes anything.
So this has happened to me now too @Dr Ralph. I was wondering why my points hadn't landed but I just happened to look at SWMBO account and there's 2 x 10k points there (and converted to QFF). I've taken out several more policies since then being sure that it's my EDR account linked but no further points have arrived.

And here's the interesting thing. The same has happened with a QF home insurance policy. Dunno how/why but the points have landed in wife's account which is no chance of QF Points Club.

All purchases have been made on my phone or laptop, via links from FB, EDR app or my email (for the QF home insurance), and I can't see how wife's EDR or QFF accounts even got involved.

I also don't know why my TI points haven't landed as timely as others. There are two policies (both for 2 day 'trips') where the start date was a week ago but I'll wait till the 30 days are up before doing anything. I have screen shots of the 10k option ticked and it's the last day today so I'll do few more today anyway.

FYI, for multiple policies taken out on the same day my points have landed, but points done to accounts via incognito mode have not yet landed.

When you say "same day" do you mean travel date or purchase date? I've been changing the travel date for each policy but buying several at a time/day.

Yes I have those screenshots as they clearly show 10,000 points for the policy and the dates for which each policy applies
