I bought 14 policies across 4 family accounts....each account is missing 1 lot of 10,000 EDR points (5000 QF points).....so I should have received 140,000 EDR points (70,000 Qf points) but so far have only received 100,000 EDR points (50,000 Qf points).

Total cost: $441. If I only end up getting 50,000 QF pts, I think I'm ahead but obviously would prefer the additional missing 20,000 QF pts

Last points posted: 15 Feb. Difficult to work out which policies did not get the points!

Still have not received the missing 40000 EDR points across the 4 accounts.... :(

BUT ......

I noticed yesterday that +1s Qf account had increased by 250K Qf points!! No idea how, why....

Upon further investigation I discovered +1s EDR account was credited with 500K EDR points a few days ago!! WTF...must have been a mistake!! So I TFed all her Qf points into my account.... ;)

Found out today that she was a winner in this competition I didnt even know about...

Bloody ripper!!

Same here - missing 2x policy EDR points but received 500k EDR points on Fri 22 Mar (currently saving for Xmas as my year ends April).

Same response... what the??? then found info on the competition - don't recall receiving a congrats email though....

EDIT: but I did have a missed call & incomplete Message2Text from "everyday insurance regarding a recent rewards points promotional offer" could not call back as the number was incomplete.

Congratulations to those who won! For those like me, who haven't received their policy points, has anyone started following up yet? I have 3 policies that have passed their 30 days with no payment and one more due in mid April. Just wondering best next steps.

Good on them...probably the few companies in the world that do drawings fairly (without insiders or relatives or their dog winning the grand prizes). Still does not change the fact that they are Colesworth.

I was thinking of chasing the missing points from each account but it is difficult to work out which policy didn’t give out the points. :(
