I have had points arrive a few days after returning home for every policy I have had.
How many policies have you had? I read on Ozbargain that the payout had been capped at 3 policies.I have had points arrive a few days after returning home for every policy I have had.
Please let us know how you go on the travel policiesYes only received points for 3 x policies on 2 x accounts
Time to chase up/lodge complaint as I'm due for about another 10 x points
Just kidding they won't I assure you I'm just commenting how useless the woolworths support centre are when i am calling to miss up my missing 2000 points for the 20 points per dollar spent for the giftcard offers which are supposed to be automatically credited to my EDR account but did not due to a system glitch. But even I am doing that for 2000 points so you should do that especially if it's worth 10 times that amount. Eventually I got the 2000 points back after the two week wait which the staff keep tellng me to do because they too lasy to do manual adjustment (system automatically corrected it I guess because too many people reported it so it worked out in the end).I'm probably not going to chase this up to be honest as the account as linked to my QFF account.
If it was a burner EDR account (which I have a few of, I wouldn't care)
The T&C's state they can cancel your EDR account, and with the number of policies I purchased they will likely do that...
What does it matter if they cancel your EDR account? Just open another and link it to you Qantas account. I've linked multiple different EDR to my Qantas account in the past.I'm probably not going to chase this up to be honest as the account as linked to my QFF account.

I would like to know how long they take to credit itI'm probably not going to chase this up to be honest as the account as linked to my QFF account.

Says the person who is too rich to bother chasing up 5000 qantas pointsWhat does it matter if they cancel your EDR account? Just open another and link it to you Qantas account. I've linked multiple different EDR to my Qantas account in the past.
I'm missing some points but still miles ahead and couldn't be bothered chasing it up.

I've tried it and the computer said NO.Well I assumed their system would be "smart" enough to block another EDR account linking to the same QFF account.

What did you try? Another EDR account, same name and diff email?I've tried it and the computer said NO.
I did. got it credited (4th bonus). easy 50 shopping dollars which I can't survive withoutBumping this. I still have two policies for which I'm yet to receive the bonus (fourth and fifth).
I don't recall anything with the T&C's saying it was limited three times.
Anyone else chased up via phone/other method?

I tried the chat functionality today - but apparently there were no representatives available, it directed me to the phone number.I haven't chased up any points yet.... I am tempted as it seems they stopped awarding points after 3 times....
I will try via live chat, hoping they only credit /look at once "policy" and not the other xx on the account..

So I called (the Insurance number), and they told me I had to call the Everyday Rewards number. Everyday Rewards told me I had to call the Insurance number.
So, I call the Insurance number again - only for them to tell me that I needed to call Everyday Rewards. I was a bit fed up by this stage - and asked to speak to a supervisor. Was told that it wasn't possible - no supervisors available (even though I told them I was prepared to wait).
So, instead, I just lodged a complaint with the ombudsman (AFCA), and I'll let them handle it.
Just because there's a policy, doesn't necessarily mean it's enforceable under Australian Consumer Law.I took out 11 policies in total and received 3 x 10k into my wife's EDR account.
I have just been told that there is "Fair Play Policy" which was in play prior to the Feb promo, that limits bonus points to 30k. Presumably per account. On that basis, claims in excess of that amount will not be paid. I've been given [email protected] to take it further. The operator confirmed that he'd taken many similar calls. He also said that anyone claiming they'd received more than 30k points are being dishonest as it is impossible.
I've also been told by the travel insurance team that all my policies have had the 10k offer promo code applied and the EDR account number is mine. How the three that were paid into my wife's account remains a mystery.
So, anyone getting anywhere with EDR, NIB or AFCA?
