10,000 Woolworths rewards points for a travel insurance policy.

Purchased AKL & CHC four days in early Feb 2024 - $48 Basic cover for 67 yo.

Decided to then get a quote for ~2weeks Croatia/ Montenegro /Slovenia in Sept 2024 - $140 Basic, $195 Standard, $360 Comprehensive.

Was again offered EDR member rewards (havent done any comparisons yet):

I just requested a quote for 2 days AKL and was only offered 5,000 point or 5%.
Try again. Still 10,000 for me for a 2 day trip to Auckland. This is on an account that I have now bought several policies.

It looks like anyone who had not already obtained a quote or purchased a policy as of an hour or so ago will only receive an offer of 5,000 points or 5% off.

Edit: Actually, it's worse. Some accounts are now only receiving 2,000 points offers.

No cover available for a trip to ASP in April. 😳

However, if I enter destination as 'Australia' - 5K points - pass.

5K points for a trip to CNS in July - pass.

Both of those quoted $51 for myself and partner as the minimum offering.

I get 5,000 points for 1 or 3 days to NZ, or 1 day to Kenya.

My first lot of points just posted so I just put through another policy for another trip I'm taking, silly me should have clicked multi-trip

Was offered 10K points again for $37

:)
