Is it possible to share from one account twice?

Looking to share to a friend and also the better half.

You can share as often as you want but the bonus is only payable to a max 50000 per receiving account.

The only limitation I can see in the conditions is a maximum of 50000 bonus points per account.

Thanks guys that was my thought. I may just share to the other half and will already be receiving 45,000 from another account.

I control the other account anyway so not a big issue!

Is there any limit on how far ahead we can book Star Alliance award ticket because of the incoming merger with AA?

I don't believe this a 'cut-off' period as such that has been announced at the moment (please correct me if I am wrong). The 330 days concept does however apply as stated by Flashback.

I saw a post elsewhere today with a September booking.

I thought it a bit odd re the timing, previous mergers have seen the odd hiccup re award bookings where the flight is well after the merger but generally its pretty smooth.

Mine is approaching 24 hours and no sign of the transfer :-(

Some of my transfers finally hit the destination account, after about 36 hours! Still have some pending transfers... My general observation was that using AmEX, about 75% of transfers happen straight away (within a few minutes), while using my new Citi Signature almost guaranteed transferred were delayed at least 12 hours. The remaining 25% of transfers using AmEx also took in excess of a few hours to post.

I used Paypal (linked to AMEX) today for 2 shares and they were both instant... Whenever I have used paypal I find its instant..

I presume that is because they don't need to verify the authenticity with their bank... I'll use PayPal next time and we'll see... Thanks for that.

I just did a reciprocal share with my wife's account. For the first transaction I used a Cth visa card and for the second a Citi visa debit card. Both went through instantly.

I did three transactions this morning, SYD time. Using three different credit cards, just one (transaction 2, Citi visa) posted rightaway. The other two (Westpac amex and 28degrees Mcard) haven't, yet. I am guessing the timing depends on the card one uses. Hoping the other two will come through shortly.

Did 2 transactions yesterday evening and both processed within 5 minutes. - Paypal

Did another one this morning (couldn't help myself) and again processed within 5 minutes. - Mastercard
