The Emirates skyward is interesting, was that always there?Info on the website has also been updated:
This includes the following statement:
We’ve recently updated our inclusions for select fares and bundles. For inclusions for fares and bundles booked directly with Jetstar before 27 May 2024, see Jetstar fares and bundles. For more information on the change, see Updated fares and bundles 2024.

I feel like there's typos here. As it contradicts the graphics. Pretty sure starter plus never offered points before and flex will continue to offer points.Flex bundle before 4 June 2024
Flex bundle on or after 4 June 2024
- 14kg carry-on baggage
- Loyalty points or Jetstar voucher
Plus bundle before 4 June 2024
- 7kg carry-on baggage
- No loyalty points or Jetstar voucher
Plus bundle on or after 4 June 2024
- No change fee for date and time changes
- Loyalty points or Jetstar voucher
- Change fee for date and time changes
- No loyalty points or Jetstar voucher

Yes but I can't seem to find what the restrictions on "select" flights areThe Emirates skyward is interesting, was that always there?
Says JQ international, 3K and GK flights will earn at emirates economy.Yes but I can't seem to find what the restrictions on "select" flights are
This for me is a big disappointment. The 14kg carry-on was a great deal. They've also taken away a bundle with 14kg of carry-on. I'm realistically not going to fit everything in under 7kg (my non-clothes backpack already usually comes up to 5kg).
These set of changes doesn't just kill Max bundle efficiency for me, but also makes the Starter Plus bundle a lot worse. To get 20kg of bags and free changes, you must take the Flex Plus now. Just browsing at some random Golden Triangle dates, Flex Plus costs the same as QF economy, with the main difference being that you get free changes.
Taking a Starter fare and adding checked bags does come out cheaper still (no change as before), but IMO at that point you might as well look at VA.
No more Starter Max which earned at "Flexible Economy" rate (higher than "Economy" and "Discount Economy")I’m not certain I’m understanding the issue? Can someone elaborate further?View attachment 388617
Maybe there's still some minor leeway for travel agencies or existing bookings made before june 4?Does this mean to imply that you can still book it?
* starter Max bundles are no longer available to purchase directly with Jetstar from 4 June 2024 *
