But my next flight is to fluroland on the 30th May don't have any decent trips until next month, judging from today, I may switch to VA once my virgin flyer card gets approved and I can make use of the 50% upgrade and the 2-1 offer!

I guess ill have a good chance of op up to site now that I'm WP.

I've got a really 'early' ff number in the 2xx_ which I have found out helps when we are all on full Y fares and are WP.

My brother in the same boat gets op up very often and has only been plat for 2 years with the same early ff number, whilst my colleague with WP+/LTG has never got an op up on the same flights. His ff number is in the 5xx

I'm sure there is a more complex formula that goes behind it

On a more serious note,it was a pleasure to see as always a mixture of old and new faces yesterday and folks popping in where they cold. I hope you all had a good time, and markis10jr was not too loud, I certainly appreciate you patience and enthusiasm.

The AFF bus is now back with Hertz a little dirtier on the outside, but vacumed of all the crumbs left over from the infamous Lindsay Wilson Macro Chocolate biscuits.

The look on the lounge person when we did an AFFA (AFF Ambush) was priceless, perhaps we could call it assault by a plethora of Platinm cards!

My sleeping patterns are shot! Only managed to Sleep about midnight WST and my wife came home about 4am lol, just replicated the sleep pattern from the previous night.

Appreciate the organization of the day and jeez your depth of knowledge about the airline world is bottomless!

Your son is adorable and was a pleasure to have around, I find the SJ Lounge staff to be leaps and bounds better than the qantas staff. Out of 10-12 of us only 2 were flying DJ!

I think I just missed you coming back into the DJ lounge, had to see the mothership in person! And geez that's a big bird (a380)

Could this low frequent flyer number be a new AFF record.

Usually the join date decides the number.
