Is still available? T&C's don't mention.
It's still available per the TerryWhite Partner page:

Note: On and from 1 August 2021, Qantas Frequent Flyer members will no longer be able to earn Qantas Points with TerryWhite Chemmart REWARDS. If you joined before 31 July 2021, you will still have 90 days to spend $30 or more on eligible products in a single transaction to earn 1,000 bonus Qantas Points.

Simply go to this older TerryWhite Rewards site to sign up under the old program, link your QF card and then go shopping at TerryWhite. Remember to show your TerryWhite Rewards card/number when checking out to collect those QF points. In addition, you'll want to spend $30 or more on non-prescription stuff so like over-the-counter meds, toiletries, etc. Again, not a bad promotion, if like me you have to take supplements regularly or antihistamine tablets.
