20,000 Woolworths rewards points with a pet insurance policy

I just get the following message :(

Please call our Customer Care Team on 1300 10 1234 between 8am and 8pm (AEST) Monday to Friday or 9am to 5pm (AEST) Saturday and Sunday (except public holidays) to add more than 3 pets.

Won't go any further, just keeps going back to that

Did you try to buy insurance for one or multiple pets?

WOW Ins is aware their website is playing up. Keep trying, or if all else fails and you don't mind them reading reams of official info on the policy, you can phone as I did. 1300 101 234. Same number for cancellations.

Just got my policy sent through. It has the following text in it:

By insuring <redacted> you’ve helped another pet in need. Woolworths will be donating $10 from this policy to help fund PetRescue’s Matchmaker project – an innovative new adoption program designed to lighten the load for rescue organisations, improve the experience for all potential pet adopters and find the right home for pets faster.

Considering my fortnightly premium is less than $10, I'd say that's a winner.
 
After 40,000 points for $74 over Christmas, this looks very promising!

Edit: The cooling off period is 21 days, so if your points post early, make sure you give it until at least 22 days or they might refund your premium and claw back the points.

I thought they said the points would come in within 30 days. If they wait for the full 30, it’ll be two premiums paid. Gotta time it carefully.
