Wonderful meal with full on 3* Michelin Service. The Culinary Tour was a brilliant day .... highly recommended.
It's a new FS HKG initiative - we were the first guests to experience the tour.
The hotel did a wonderful job as the tour host is a senior member of FS management ... not an external tour company.
The day/tour was a terrific way to celebrate our time in HKG ....
