On Serftys spread sheet it shows the numbers staying at Hilton South Wharf, the number really is the number of rooms and depending on everyone is booked then it would be 22 people staying at the Hilton South Wharf.

That should give Hilton some ideas on numbers and people reading the thread.

Hi all

Just to put a dash of formality on the evening and the fact there are prizes to hand out, I thought we better have an agenda:

1600 to 1730re-drinks drinks @ Sotano (the wine & tapas bar downstairs - table reserved near windows by main entrance) to kick things off

1730 to 1900:Exec lounge drinks and snacks

1900 to 1915:Awarding of door prizes. We have 3 awesome prizes to give away, thank you to Qantas and Virgin Australia. You must be there to be in for these!

1915 to 1930: Kris Kringle - hopefully our secret Santa ( @Oz_mark by vote) will come to the party!

1930 to .....: Kick on!


If you haven't confirmed your Kris Kringle participation, can you please do so as Serfty is kindly updating the list!

I've bitten the bullet and have booked HSW for 2 nights 23rd, 24th. So I will be staying on the night. May as well have brekky on Xmas morning at the hotel.

I will be in the KK but will probably not get to the hotel until after 5pm.

Well I always said I was attending. I was PM'd last night to try and ascertain whether or not I was staying at the hotel... So I bit the bullet and booked!!

Gee Xmas eve is cheap. Promo rate for a King room is only $123. Very tempting.
