I've got CX MPC Diamond expiring 28th Feb. Received no communication of beneift rolling over for a further 6 months. Anyone else had / have CX MCP Diamond expiring around the same time? Will attempt to use points balance prior if benefit will expire in case need to request seats to be opened for Diamond member.

ive heard Canadian one is losing MO free nights...not sure if that's true :-(

Bless, check your CX account online and confirm the expiry date.
if it's still 28 feb 2014, I think your membership will be renewed that day with the new mileage requirement added.

Diesel - expiry currently showing Feb 28 2014. Maybe I'll be lucky enough to roll over for another 12 months!

Mine got extended to September 2014

They sent me a letter with confirmation of another 6 months extension with no prior notification. After flying coffin class once it was all that I required to be discouraged from flying again.

Have anyone noticed that the concierge and travel team seem to action request more quickly and effectively?
Maybe many Platinum members are cancelling and the team is no longer overloaded with request.... A bit evil but it's good for me...

Maybe yes it is more responsive beast now My RM is quick to help with ticketing fast tracking

Interesting, got a call yesterday from the Business team and now I am assigned an account manager again. May be Amex is responding to our needs - fingers crossed.

Only if they treat us as if a real Platinum. I found that Hilton definitely distinguish real diamond to our black diamond. IHG however always come up with the goods.

I've heard of people saying that, but never experienced it myself.
upgrade always provided, from time to time suite too... And I certainly don't stay at hilton very much.
Could it be a property issue, rather than the whole hilton is distinguishing their diamond members?!

Possibly - I only had one upgrade out of six stays between Surfers Paradise, and South Wharf. I have pretty much given up since then and move to FHR which I was upgraded five out of the last six stays.
