I tried 5 of Flashbacks codes, 3 worked 2 I got rejected. Now to book some hotel rooms, on the app I just downloaded.

According to the boffins on FT an IHG rep said that the book with the app requirement was all marketing BS and that with the website is fine.

I hope that's the case!

Picked up about 8,000 points for my stay at CBR CP last week. I think I tried most codes, but some may have cancelled out others.

Do you have to register codes before booking or just before staying. I registered a number before 4 day stay on the weekend but I booked a month ago. Could be very disappointed !

I have codes pay that I registered during the stay, the lag in points posting with IHG appears to favor this.

hello all new to this thread and looking for some tips( i use accor)- i want to sign close rellie up to IHG as they are going on a trip with HI already booked. any hints and tips for bonus points or fast tracking? will a recommendation from one of you get you or them bonus points?

Status match Accor status if you have. You can get Accor Platinum pretty easily... although you'll probably only be able to match that to IHG Gold as a result.

I matched Hilton Diamond to IHG Plat earlier this week.

About 6 months ago I managed Accor plat - best western diamond - IHG plat
