Retire in last lap is just a ruse when out of the points to let them change components without penalty.
Fair enough given the number of penalties Honda has taken this year

I watched the NBC Sports coverage of this. My goodness... woeful. After being used to watching Sky (UK) and even Channel 4 (UK); these guys are just amateurs. One of the commentators was an Aussie actually (Lee Diffey) and hearing him pronounce some of the names.. wow!

Renault have told Red Bull they wont be supplying them with engines after next season, forcing them into using Honda as they're only choice?
Not good news for RIC and if that's the case they'll loose VES. RB's continuing whinging has come back to bite them. Apparently the McLaren/Renault partnership is being announced in SIN today.

RICs contract is up end-2018 so even more like he will leave.
VER is under contract till 2019 although query if this may give an out clause.

If I were RB is be trying to trade Max for a Merc or Ferrari engine, I just can't see Honda improving enough

Very envious. Malaysia has put on a few very good races over the years but I've never made it there. Tonight should be interesting if the front runners can stay off the ways. So much paint stripped off during FP and Quali.
