Kayo sports is a good option for an affordable price and no stress about finding streams etc :)

Lots of other sport too that has no or limited coverage such as Supercars, Superbikes. No lock in contact means you don't need it til March and can ditch it in November depending on what you want to watch.

but I just found out that Vietnam (Hanoi) gets a round next year .

Was announced a while ago

The proposed track is 10km West of the main tourist/ hotel district which will likely take a while in Hanoi traffic..

But I'm definitely considering it for 2020

New 10 part series released on netflix today, Formula 1: Drive to survive. Its a very well put together behind the scenes record of the 2018 championship. Can't wait for Melbourne next week. Interesting to see the real order of things as testing seems to indicate that the mid field teams are a bit closer to the top three this year, Williams the notable exception.

I always rated Charlie Whiting to cut through the nonsense that sometimes (?always) envelops F1.

Will be sadly missed. RIP.

Whomever steps into the Race Director role will have enormous shoes to fill.

Can't help but think his hectic flying schedule might have been a contributing factor. But we will never know and it doesn't really matter either.

I guess the show goes on and probably Charlie wouldn't have wanted it to stop, he certainly didn't!

Practice today. Unfortunately I am working all through the weekend so can't visit the track despite living very close to it...could hear the GT/Porsche's yesterday and it was downright soul destroying not to be there...ah well. Hope everyone who is going enjoys it a lot!
