I wonder if Lewis is upset over that, after all, it makes it look like it's less about his skill as a driver and more about the mechanics of the car? Of course, a quick lap time to qualify is one thing, knowing when to push, stay out a few extra laps or pit is a completely different story in a full on race. Perhaps his P2 wont translate to anything and swing it back to driver skill being the key.RUS shows that having the right car makes all the difference....... P2.

Shocking luck for Russell. What a horrible start for VER and LEC, they will not be happy with that. Great start for RUS.....
Shocking luck for Russell.
It appears the stewards agree with you too. I think Perez slammed the door shut pretty hard and contributed to that also. After seeing replays of lap 1 it looks more like LEC error rather than PER, although PER could have given a little more space.
Yep 3 place grid penalty for next raceIt appears the stewards agree with you too. I think Perez slammed the door shut pretty hard and contributed to that also.
I would pay for that to happen, would be very interesting. Can we put Hamilton in the Williams next time and see how good he is?
A different version of reverse grid - change cars lolI would pay for that to happen, would be very interesting.
Looks like Haas has is going to have their hands full with Mazepin next year. The season isn't even over and he's already in hot water.
They might have to standardise some things though. I understand that RUS had to wear shoes a size too small to be able to fit his feet into HAM's car.A different version of reverse grid - change cars lol
