Well, all cars made it to the end.... VER finished with a pit stop in hand, not really much else to say about the race.

Agree - and now its actually becoming a little boring.

The only excitement was Mercedes finishing P2 and P3 but hard to see VER not winning winning every race in 2023.

F1 is very boring these days.

The winners of each race should be relegated to last in the next.

Highlight.

Russell - "It's raining"
"No wait its just my sweat"
That is up there with ALO’s comment in a previous race critiquing STR’s overtaking move that he had watched on a big screen - while fighting for 2nd or 3rd at the time.

Track limits is proving to be a real issue in Austria this weekend, wonder if we'll see many black and white flags during the sprints tomorrow and the race on Sunday?

I am just watching the qually session now.

The white lines are pretty clear. I am glad they are enforcing them. It was annoying in previous years where some parts of the track were ok, and others not to exceed.

Anyone else think that RIC will replace PER at Red Bull next season ?

According to Ted Kraviz, De Vries has been given the next 4 races to improve or Liam Lawson gets his seat
I think the RIC rumours are just entertainment and it’s unlikely he’ll ever get a new drive.

Yep. Can't see Dan going to AT (the car is poor anyway).
Kiwi Liam Lawson or Japanese F2 driver Iwasa are waiting in the wings.

Still think he's a chance to replace Perez. RB need to think of a more competitive season, and will have good data from the SIM and track tests.

Other final possibility in my mind is to Sauber to replace Bottas.
Both the same age but Bottas has underperformed this year to Tsunoda and as the team morphs into Audi works team from 2026, they might want a globally marketable driver.

Even caught out Ted in the Quali Notebook...he was deleted and had to start again.

The rain made the start of the sprint interesting, but other than that the result was as expected.

A few scraps going on further back in the back which were good to watch. Good to see HUL score some points.

20% chance of rain for during the race today, so could spice things up again.

Well it was penalties all round.... well done to those who managed to avoid getting one. But gee, the whinging from HAM about it.........
