Thanks for the heads up. May wait till June to take this up then.

When do exit fees stop again? Is it from July 1?

Welcome into AusSuper.
You will be pleased to know that you now have a stake in MEL,ADL,PER,BNE,DRW,ASP airports
Ausgrid poles and wires
Among other assets.

It's important to move the payment out asap to reduce the impact of their weekly fee.

My payment went in on 10 April. As at 26 Apr $2.82 of earnings less 2 weeks of fees $4.50.

Waiting for those QFF points to appear.

I’m sure there’s an obvious answer, but how to I find the BPay details to make the contribution?
The account has been opened but when I login there is a message saying the account has limited access and that full access will only occur once money has been received into the account. The message says full access is required to make a contribution, which seems a little chicken and egg like. I assume I’m overlooking something here, but can’t figure out what. Any suggestions?

Just ring them on Monday to make a contribution.

A few days after I opened my account, on the main login page there was a block on the right hand side with the BPay details like below with a unique number under this for my account

Ok guys, always leaving it to the last minute, think I might open up an account and transfer over $400 or so from an old AMP account that has been doing nothing for like 20 years... I hear they have stopped exit fees so if i hold on to it for the 3 months or so i think is required to qualify for the $20k QFF points...

But are there fees decent or over the top to hold the account open for the 3 months??

This looks to have been extended.

Anyone contemplating having a second go?

I entered my details to valid date them and it clearly indicated that I was good to proceed, even though I've already opened and closed an account earlier this year.

Fortune favours the brave @Dr Ralph!

I am not sure if I am game to try but it is a nice little earner.

I'm tempted. Can't see it costing me more than $20 and about 30 mins of my time to find out.

I assume no one has been back for a second go at this?

How long has it taken for everyone to receive points? I opened my account over a month ago and nothing yet.. yet I saw someone received points in just 2 weeks?

They posted mine on the 3rd of the month. I guess I was lucky as I have my account ready before the end of the month

I joined on Apr 24, no points yet but I expect it will take a bit longer. Will update when I receive them

I think expecting it within a month was ambitious. There seems to be a cycle about when they award the points. Start worrying if not awarded after 3 months.

Just received my 20,000 points the other day June 2nd. Joined 9 May, deposited 23rd

How should I go about transferring it back into my normal Super account?
