23 million points from Agoda?

Absolutely gutted! We had close to 253 million points which are now gone! Is this a world record for frequent flyer points earned and lost within a day?
So the dreams of first class travel for life and a few return trips to space are now shattered and no compensation from Virgin.
Had an award booking cancelled for the weekend without consent and still don't have the actual Agoda points earned either. Has anyone had the expected Agoda points credited?

I've just had an email about 3 agoda bookings telling me they aren't eligible (the booking refs are all the same and are not the ones I put through on the claim) all were booked through the Velocity website. Wish they would get their S**t together
 
just got my real amount credited only 342+257bonus +1500GW bonus :) I think i preferred the original credit.... maybe next time....

Well they passed it off as an error actually, which it was. Would you expect them to actually comp everyone gold?

No - they passed it off as a Friday the 13th joke. I am not advocating the comping of everyone to Gold, but the use of tact when dealing with errors such as this.
It was amatuer hour with how they dealt with it.

Oops is not an appropriate way to communicate the error. It was a joke attempt at recovering the situation.

I still maintain it was amateur hour.

To be fair though is this mistake with Velocity or Agoda?
