I took up a 50% off offer last year after my Accor Plus expired, but you need to let your existing membership lapse first, it isn't available as a current subscriber

Have you noticed how the advertising doesn't clue you in that "Stay Plus" free night of accommodation is only valid in certain Asia-Pacific region properties? I never knew this when I joined up and only found out when I tried to book a USA property, and subsequently checked the Ts & Cs. Isn't Accor being misleading by not stating the constraints of the free night in their advertising?

Par for the course for Accor. Does anything work as advertised without hidden conditions or surprises?
Yeah, they can be a pain sometimes but I must admit we have had a fantastic run with them over the last couple of years and we have stayed in 4 properties in Europe in the last few weeks and have had exceptional service and everything has been great on the IT side of things. The room upgrade and service afforded to us as Diamonds was amazing in Prague especially. We have 5 Møre properties in the coming weeks including 3 in the ME that I can’t wait to visit
