500 bonus points - Qantas Cash registration

The QANTAS cash site says you may have to wait up to 8 weeks for the points - well it is now over 10 weeks, and nothing! Looks like a complaint to QFF is now overdue as well.

I have sent a message to the AFF service centre and will wait and see what they say before I get into PMing Red Roo. Perhaps Rainbowgirl is right, and they won't post until 8 weeks after the last day for a complying transaction, which was 31-01-2014.

By AFF service centre, I hope you meant our Frequent Flyer Service Centre OATEK.

I've since followed up with the Qantas Cash team who've advised that the bonus points for this promotion will be posted all at once, approx 8 weeks after the campaign finishes.

This would explain why you, and others, haven't seen these credit to your account as yet.

I find it hard to tell the difference sometimes too...

You shouldn't have to follow up, however I'll update the thread if necessary.

Sent a PM to Red Roo, and still waiting from a call back from QFF. Considering it was a transaction in November, you would think it would have posted at the 3 month mark!
