50000 Bonus Points for new eligible Car or Home Insurance

I wonder if I can split my Home Insurance and get the points. Currently with Qantas and right now it is a duplex under 1 policy. If i split the policy and do Unit 1/xx_XX and Unit 2 / xx_ St, will it work? any one tried?

I'm going to hold off a bit further, note this continues through January but I feel like it jumped to 50k for a few days late last year
