Are the 2 single entry lounge passes only for the primary cardholder to use or can I use one for my travelling partner?

My 50K points has now come through to my Velocity account! Also I have 2 lounge passes in my account.

Ironically my wife and I are also Velocity Golds so I have no idea how to use these 2 lounge passes.

PS: I actually had Amex before and transferred to Velocity Platinum. So definitely not required to be brand new Amex customer.

I am AMEX member since 2006 (!). Unfortunately those passes are electronic and are not paper passes, and cannot be transferred to someone else.

Just got my 50,000 bonus points but they won't be transferred to Velocity until the 5th of July...

Virgin have a 15% off redemption sale for Reward flights booked before June 30!!

Anyway around this?

I was going to sign up for this until I discovered that the complimentary virgin return flight does not include my home city of Darwin.
