I too just got the email, but the order is in transit and on the truck according to the little truck picture.
Surely they haven't forgot to cancel the deliveries even though they cancelled the orders?

And why wait until Tuesday afternoon to contact people?
 
Received cancellation email.
Rang up and argued about it.
Their offer is we can reorder for a price of $51 which will be available to everyone in a few weeks.
They admit it is their error but they aren't accepting any responsibility..
Absolutely appalling customer relations.
I have been offered 2000 QFF points but I haven't agreed to cancel my orders yet.
I will definitely be exploring my legal options at least in relation to the box I ordered with my membership.
Mine now show an Estimated Delivery Date of 1/11/19.
Very interesting.

This all seems somewhat contradictory. Am I the only one who can't work this out?
 
I phoned them up around lunchtime and said as this is my first order I can’t understand what’s happening. And, if they’re going to cancel part of the order I want them to cancel the whole order. He said he would get back to me tomorrow so I asked him to get back to me ASAP today. He rang back an hour or so later and told me that the order would be fulfilled and he knew I would be very happy. I’d already seen tracking numbers by then.

So, the email came about 6 hours after the tracking numbers.

Surely they haven't forgot to cancel the deliveries even though they cancelled the orders?

And why wait until Tuesday afternoon to contact people?

But they didn't cancel the orders.
They emailed us asking if we wanted to cancel or order at the "correct" price of about $51.
They seem to have left the orders in the system waiting for our response by COB tomorrow.
And my guess is that the system has continued processing them.

So I should send an email now cancelling the order? That way I get the product, a refund and keep the points?

Reminds me of a similar episode involving pricing error, AusPost and David Jones. Gotta stare at the tracking like hawk and redirect when necessary ;)
 
My QF email arrived at 12.29

I just got an email from AP telling me my order is on its way with delivery on 30th.
