Mine is with Fastway couriers and both orders currently say "Your parcel is in transit".
Curiouser and curiouser.

Check the tracking history and see if includes "Your parcel has been picked up by one of our couriers. "

Just got the email. Time stamped 3.58pm

Pretty poor that its not even that good vs Dan Murphys sale

Also interesting that Dan Murphy's has different prices depending on the store..
Will need to stay away from Double Pay. ($66.50) vs $48.78 at Alexandria (Sydney)

Where Is at cheaper at BWS ? I see $42.22 incognito but $56 at all my locals.

Maybe you won't need that legal eagle after all.
I'm not counting my chickens.
They seem to be responding in a pretty disorganised way.
Who knows what the end result will be?

And I have just had a 10 minute conversation with Qantas Wine Exec and conveyed the thoughts that all here will hold - a big company in QF offer advertised pricing online to consumers who in good faith make online purchase - QF wine accept CC pmt - allocate QFF points to members accounts - members accounts online show purchased goods SHIPPED - but no - hang on WE (Qantas Wine) made a mistake - screw you general public orders cancelled.

UNACCEPTABLE - regardless of Ts & Cs - UNACCEPTABLE. When can general public EVER have confidence in purchasing online from QF wine in future.

Said Exec was advised of FIneWineCo's recent 'mistake pricing' of Champs $188 down to $50 ($42.50 after 15% discount) - said Exec has promised to escalate this - lets see where is goes if it goes anywhere.

Edit: Imm call back from said Exec and I have been advised points allocated will be 'gifted' to members and not clawed back - I did say I would prefer the Pommery - again let's see where it goes but don't hold your breath

I'm seeing this on the Fastways site:

For an order that was supposed to be cancelled this seems remarkably odd.

Also interesting that Dan Murphy's has different prices depending on the store..

This is normal.

Fastway interesting. Mine was allocated to AusPost but just showing shipping info received and not picked up

Might be a godsend if someone does receive a case - please post pics and all relevant details if a case arrives

Just checked again. Still at the warehouse, but looks promising:

That's what I've got.. but that just means they've generated a label with your address.
And I suspect it will then never get collected

They've put some out of their misery already, but others just have to hope for the best. Keeping an eye on the emails. :(

I received my email an hour ago.
Order says shipped, but not picked up
I placed my order about 5.30 AM Saturday morning, so there not issuing the emails in chronological order.

I too just got the email, but the order is in transit and on the truck according to the little truck picture.

Mine now show an Estimated Delivery Date of 1/11/19.
Very interesting.
