On our first day it was just a wander over the road to Terminal 21.First call was at Take Care where mrsdrron had a manicure and pedicure whilst I just had the
manicure. My usual Thai lady wasn't there-she is taller than I with very large hands and feet so it was a more usual petite Thai lady
today.Boy she was strong though-you get an arm and hand massage as well.I came out feeling very relaxed.
Then a wander around some of the shops before perusing the food options.Cheese is the in thing in Bangkok at the moment plus some unusual offerings-
.
.
Eventually I decided to treat my lady to the tasty morsels of a Michelin starred fellow-

.
Now I am not a great fan of celebrity chefs spawning a chain of restaurants.I loved dumplings when in Shanghai but find Din Tai Fung not to my liking despite many here loving
it.In Terminal 21 there is also a restaurant by Tim Ho Wan a Hong Kong Michelin star
holder. We both felt it had nothing to recommend it so it was with a fair bit of doubt we decided to
partake.The place was full
though. This is when we sat down at ~ 1400.
.
You have to go and order at the counter then wait until your number comes up on a small
screen. The menu is limited basically with pork and soya
chicken. We ordered pork 3 ways-BBQ,roast and ribs plus soya chicken with noodles-
.
.
.
The
verdict. The food is very good especially the BBQ pork and the chicken which was moist and
tasty.Give it a
try.Cost-~$20.So not cheap for basically hawker
food.But Mr.Chan is from Singapore.
When we got back to the SGS we went down to the ground floor and discovered there is a private lounge presumably for a well known AFFer-
