Hey Amaroo, a quick question? I am interested in your thoughts on why Fullerton Bay is better than FS. I am an FS fan but haven't stayed at FS Singapore. FS Singapore sends like it would cater better for a toddler (amenities, pool) but the location of Fullerton Bay seems a lot better. What made you decide Fullerton Bay was the better of the two?

Have enjoyed all of our stays at FS Singapore - it's a very nice hotel. It doesn't compare with FS HKG, IMO it's not a top tier FS property. The service is tier one however, the facilities are showing their age and need refreshing. Location is excellent for Orchard Rd due to the connecting corridor that takes you through the Hilton ... you reach Orchard Rd in aircon comfort.

FBH is full of life and youthful vibrance. The rooms are stylish (on the small side) and the common areas have a level of excitement and activity. The pool is a winner and location to the Bay/MBS is excellent.

My rating;

Rooms - FBH
Rooms (sharing with toddler) - FS... bigger rooms
Location - 50/50 depends where you want to be. Taxis are cheap, clean, friendly.
Pool Scene - FBH
Pool (practical) for toddler - FS. They have two pools, rooftop for families, lower level for adults. Both have outdoor hot tubs:D
Hotel for toddler - FS by a large margin
Breakfast - FS by a huge margin
Service - FS because.. it's FS

I'd go with FS.
