Generally, they suggest email address or using the original Virgin Accelerate admin code - it was emailed to you and will be a series of 10 numbers plus "ADMIN01".
I tried to use for a PER/MEL/BNE (thinking I'd get it on the MEL/BNE as the offer was between the golden triangle of BNE/SYD/MEL) but it didn't work on the dual sector. I tried it on just the MEL/BNE sector and it did work, but the individual PER/MEL and (Accelerated 15%) MEL/BNE was more expensive than the dual sector pricing.
