I have a question for the community about detailed and specific routing codes in Expert Flyer and went to post it in the Help Desk thread only to discover I have insufficient privileges. See screenshot below

@support @admin what might I be doing wrong here?

We're not actually sure why this is set up in the way it is - the idea behind the help desk is that it's only meant to be the three pinned threads. For context, even the admin account can't post a thread in that forum - so it definitely isn't you!

We're having a look as to why this is, but in the meantime you can post in either the loadings thread:
