Just got this email:

Back by popular demand and for a limited time only with AccorHotels, wake up and enjoy $1 breakfast^ in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and French Polynesia.

Simply book any available rate at participating hotels across the Pacific and select '$1 breakfast' after choosing your room type. Plus, the earlier you book and longer you stay, the more you'll save.

Book now for stays from 1 January 2019 to 30 April 2019. Offer ends 30 April 2019.

Book here: From the heart Oceania

Damn, made a booking last week in Melbourne. Only would have saved $13....

With Accor properties I find it worthwhile checking with an individual property if status (I'm Plat) grants full breakfast already. Even if not, selecting a rate without breakfast then adding it as an add-on later is sometimes cheaper than special promos, including the $1 breakfast - though I have benefited from this one in the past too.

Booked flexible for Brisbane next month ... I have no LeCLub status and $1 is less than the CC payment fine.

I had a stay earlier this month at an ibis in Melbourne and booked when this offer wasn't around (I think. Also confirmed my booking afterwards that it said no breakfast included). I actually had no idea about this offer and during check-in they mentioned they were currently doing a $1 breakfast deal so I thought it was specific to the property.

I thought I only had to pay for the days when I had breakfast. It was only at checkout I realised they applied it to all the days. I guess they made an adjustment to my booking to include this offer. I had breakfast there half the days I was there so it was $2. Still cheap enough for me haha
Might be worth asking at check-in if they can add this offer onto your reservation if you want to take this up.
