I have been an Accor Plus member for 15 + years and rarely find value in the free membership night, but YMMV, then again I enjoy the lower brands such as Ibis and Mecure where my expectations are lower and thus rarely disappointed. Swissotel’s are about my limit these days, I haven’t had the pleasure of a Fairmont but in the case of Singapore did stay there when it was under the Westin branding and found the place a waste of time. Now the Crest suites which I have enjoyed numerous times would be good value if redeemableDon't understand this. With a bit of travel, and planning ahead (I know, not always possible), free night can be some of the best value there is.
For me, Fairmont Singapore next May corner suite SGD48. A$340 value. Paid for membership and then some.

Correct. It needs to happen this month because your tally will reset to zero on 01/01/25.So if I want to go for platinum, I need to book 9 more nights this month?
Not possible, you can only do this from March onwards.Or should I be renewing my plus membership early for 20 nights
I'm really confused, can I please ask for some help? I'm not used to hotel status stuff.
I'm a gold and plus. Am at 49 nights with another 2 booked this month. My 'accor plus gold' seems to be until 30/4/25, but for status nights it's showing as needing to be earned before 31/12/24.
So if I want to go for platinum, I need to book 9 more nights this month? (not gonna happen). Or until april? Or should I be renewing my plus membership early for 20 nights, or does that need to wait? Get a new membership?
Much harder than QF status to understand!
