Unfortuantely I'm having the same issue on a SG reward booking made through Virgin Velocy. The email and VA FF number is showing on the Virgin booking page, but when I use the SG PNR to manage booking on SG - it says I cannot add my frequent flyer without an email address on the account and it won't let me add that.

I tried talking with SG support (chat and call) and they both said there's nothing they can do.
