ADL 27th September 2013 drinks/dinner

I'm happy to make this my first AFF drinks night. Have to loose my virginity sometime.

Only thing that might stop me is that a friend from Spain is coming over sometime Sept - October with dates to be confirmed, so if it happens to clash I will stay an AFF drinks virgin a bit longer.

Never having met any of you before, how will I know which group you are :?:

Just look for the strange looking mob talking in a language that the general public wont / can't understand

This would have been perfect as I have Fridays off every week .....unfortunately I am unable to attend as I'm locked into see Cirque du Soleil- Micheal Jackson in SYD on the 27th , which i am looking forward to seeing. Next time.

Although not an Adelaidian PK, you are more than qualified to attend and will be most welcome. A princess and AFF member puts you on the list, see you there if you can make it

With this level of support, for dinner, we should think of making a booking somewhere beforehand rather than just rocking up on the night...?

Good idea re: booking. Looks like ADL people are just waking up from the winter hibernation, every man and his dog were out on Gouger last Fri. I'll start the ball rolling by suggesting 2 places: AUGE or CELSIUS? Both have Ala Carte and Degustation menu. An all time favourite of mine is the Star of Siam but it could get pretty noisy on Fridays. Anyway, these are just suggestions, I'm pretty happy to go anywhere - just looking forward to meet all of you.

I'd also be taking up the BYO option there and taking something nice to drink from my cellar, the 2005 St Henri should be drinking good now me thinks but happy to go with the flow what everybody else wants to do...
