Advice on champagne

Thanks for the info!
What's the Roederer like? (Or what does it compare to?)
Veuve yellow used to be my favourite, recently Louis Roederer NV took over, to me it's a better version of Veuve NV. This is a new product though as they've started doing collections instead of straight NV so I haven't tried this yet but would imagine it's similar.

Worth mentioning Arras Elite is cheaper through cellarone.

The arras is not cheaper through cellarone. These are pre discount prices. However, not sure these are 1601 elites.

Ah my bad, still learning to read! :P

I can't find the 242 unless it's sold out, although 2012 Veuve La Grande Dame is listed, I keep getting tempted by it but not quite making the purchase.

Heh a further update, now $10 off per case at cellarone, in addition to free shipping puts them at $202 for 6 and wine.com.au at $207.50 for 6. Of course means you need to buy 6 but some deals are floating around today!

Is cellarone a membership based thing?

Keen for any other champagne deals. Should have bought the 242 but all gone rapidly :(

Oh. Apparently it’s still there, just can’t search for it?!

And then when you find it it doesn’t load…

PM sent

I don't see any of these on Cellarone?
Cellarone is for Accolade brands so you won't find Louis Roederer there.

Meanwhile if you'd like some Louis Roederer it's on catalogue at First Choice for $75, 27% cashback via Shopback and 10% off sitewide today, should bring it to $49.09.

<redacted>

Trying to keep track of black friday deals but the bigger ones look to be:

Wine.com.au - 20% off
First choice - 27% cashback via Shopback - 10% sitewide
Liquorland - 27% cashback via Cashrewards - various flybuys increments (1000 for $50 spend, 2500 for $100, 4000 for $150)
BWS - 25% cashback via Cashrewards, not sure if anything else stackable

Post the deals you find today here!

Cynicor, I can PM you a referral if you'd like, I haven't gotten a referral bonus before but guessing its already gone to someone else who doesn't contribute to this thread.

Plenty of deals, there will be more all over the weekend.

Champagne wise I got an email from TWC, and they had some too.

Baron Fuente Champagne 2011 @ $44.99.

I can't say I've heard of Baron Fuente before, what is it comparable to? I'm more a Veuve/Louis Roederer style than Bollinger/Pol Roger.

No idea, just forwarding the deal.

I'm not a huge drinker to begin with, I have to slow down my buying.

My building quotes are coming back now, and let's say it's going to cost me a bit 👀😬

I keep telling myself that but some are too good to pass on, I find it good to run a slow stream so during the busier periods I've got plenty of stock and don't have to worry about mark ups. Sometimes gets some 'feedback' from the wife but she doesn't complain when she's urgently in need of a gift for some type of celebration like an engagement and we've got a wide range of stock to choose from!

Had my deck built a couple of weeks ago and the outdoor setting arrived this week so it's game on for me now :P
