I'll make sure to do so

I'm pretty sure that blackcat20 did it for you. My numbers match up so you must be accounted for.

EDIT: Yes, two people under blackcat20. She is cool like that!

How far out does Qantas release blocked seats? Currently in row 5 and would prefer 4 or 2 (I like to be next to the window  )

I missed T-80 and have subsequently missed out on my prized 4A on the B717 HBA-MEL, think I managed to get 25A on my MEL-PER

There is a cool calculator that tells you the T-80 mark for your flight here: http://tdknights.com/ff_tools

I can't access seat assignments in any of the first four rows yet as a pleb (no QF or oneworld status at all currently), so currently I haven't chosen . Only rows 5-7 available to me, none of which seem overly appealing, only 16 days out and all seats in those rows are still empty .

T-80 hit (at 3AM ), woke up just now, 2A/2K/4A/4K all taken :(. Went with 1A, figuring I'll at least get served food early! Plus, it's 1A!

My T-80 was at 12:25am, got up at 12:37am was able to get 2K, (someone else had already moved from 5A to 2A.)
Now to wait for Thursday morning to move the return flight.

If any of you are over early there is a Cape Mentelle wine tasting at the Hyatt on this Thursday early evening.

The forecast is for temps of 10/12 ° to 20/23 ° on Fri/Sat.

Are the evenings cool enough for a jacket ? (I am from Qld)

Jacques you will be ok time wise. The Hyatt is down the east end of Perth on Adelaide Terrace and the Cape Mentelle wine tasting is on at 6pm on Thursday. I think a free CAT bus runs down that far but I have never done a tester down St Georges Terrace that becomes Adelaide Terrace. The wine tasting is usually located on the mezzanine level above the cafe smorgasbord and you can always ask at the front desk.

We'll give it a go; will you be joining us?

If there is anyone who still has not booked or has a flexible rate at the Hilton for Sunday night, the current Hilton flash sale has rooms for $95.40!

(Even though I have a refundable rate I'll keep my res as I need to spend $300 in one transaction on my Amex ;))

The upgrade fairy has started at the Hilton ...... Booked a Queen Guestroom , now showing as a King Plus . worth a check for all those staying at the Hilton

While not explicitly stated often AMEX will accumulate the spend to trigger the target. Worth a call to ask.
