Thanks again to all the organisers, admin, prize donors, and all of you friendly attendees as well — it was a fantastic weekend! I thoroughly enjoyed meeting many of you for the first time, while seeing a few familiar faces too!

I am happy to be Cove which is an apartment building in Marina del Rey California.
Well done Jessica , Buzz and Sam and without penegal we had no late issues.
The Saltram bottle that was pictured was ok and Boomy and Buzz were great helpers in making that one rarer.
I am close to leaving SA for WA so I pick up 2.5 hours on the return journey.

Sorry I could only join in for dinner but it was a wonderful evening meeting some old friends and new faces. Thanks also to the organisers for the book on Jasmin. I knew it’s popular but had no idea how many celebrities are regulars. And sorry folks, I looked at some of the recipes and decided it’s much easier (and far safer) to just wander to Hindmarsh Sq to have the next meal rather than attempting to make something. Did anyone know there’s no butter in butter chicken (I didn’t)? The extent of spices required in the dishes are mind boggling!

I'm so pleased that it worked smoothly and I wish you all the best in your hotel status chasing.
But be warned... it's very addictive, but oh so rewarding.

Not unless there’s an ambulance on standby I think as the ingredients are more complicated than a science experiment! Either that or the fire brigade as I’ll either burn the house down from excessive chillis or neglect in the kitchen!
