I'm strangely attracted to the idea of meeting a bunch of strangers from the internet, although I will have to work on a date clash. Hmm.

Well, my (adult) kids just shrug their shoulders after all the times I’ve told them about internet safety and meeting up with strangers.

On the other hand they are now very much profiting from my learnings here.

It was my adult children who thought it would be strange to go out socially with a group of internet folks. I have enjoyed catching up with some AFFers over the years. The best part is it gets us away from our industry only group.

My adult children think my whole points obsession is strange -- unless they're benefitting, naturally -- and so I'm sure they'd also think my considering attending an AFF get-together similarly. Not that this bothers me, but given some other commitments I'm only a bronze possibility (if that's the right lingo) this year.

Flights booked, Qantas Friday evening and return Sunday evening, maybe too late for dinner on Friday night.

accommodation is partly booked. I think I was planning to stay at the Holiday Inn Express for the first night; 2nd night not sure; maybe Hilton if the price could get under $200.00

We don't want to release activities until we have every activity sorted, as prices will vary and we want members to have a clear choice on where they spend their money, and not feel like they paid for one activity only to find another activity that fits them better.

Thanks Sam. I know that the winery tours are snapped up really quickly and thought this one may have already been filled, so will stay tuned.
A couple of things to sort then I should be able to book accommodation and flights.
