My vote is for HKG.I'm with notzac. It is International at this stage, although there is some talk that trans-tasman flights may be classed as domestic in the coming years.
Personally I think an AFF meetup in a major asian city, such as SIN, BKK or HKG could work quite well, as well as NZ of course.
